The Loft - Laboratories of 107 PROJECT have varying widths from 70 to 350 mqs, eventually brought together.

The Open spaces will be delivered with plastered walls and ceilings trimmed in white lime putty; the circular pillars will be left in cement at sight, the floor in painted and polished cement. An electrical all-round ring installation is provided, along with a series of wall light points.

Every loft is provided with wide bathroom and preceding area.
Heating and cooling system by floor radiant panels is also provided.
Every lot has wide glass windows facing the outside and the inside common spaces.

The 2nd stage involves the light blue buildings that you’ll find at page "Rendering Project."
It will immediately follow the completion of the 1st stage.

107 PROJECT will be provided with the essential services and facilities in order to make the time spent inside more
pleasant and profitable (restaurants, bars, fitness center, banking cash dispenser, newspapers/tobaccos).
